COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Quantai Systems QMC-8910B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rechner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Quick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Queensgate product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rechner such as the XA0050 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FLBX2505SLV0C01 manufactured by Quick and we are pleased to be able to service most Quick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CMEPS150 by Manufacturer Queensgate as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Regulateurs-Europa Brand 2500g024 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Radisys such as EPC16 equipment made by Radisys have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Radisys products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Radisys" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2LAC30Y48T1 made by Reliance as well as the popular 2GC41020 original spares produced by Reliance Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1MAF29290C1RN by Reliance and EPC16 spares by Radisys are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 79V9918MJE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance. |
